I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and have been training since 2015. My focus is on functional strength training. Many of my clients are women, ranging from 14-75 years old. I believe that the most important aspect of a training program is to keep active, performing exercises that strengthen and tone, but also make every day living easier.
During my sessions, I have my clients do exercises that I would do myself. This includes work with all types of mechanisms from dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, TRX, medicine and stability balls, and body weight movement. While I have a core set of exercises I believe are best for a body, I like to mix up routines to bust through plateaus and help clients reach optimal goals.
As a trainer, I work at a gym, but also offer comprehensive training programs designed for individual needs, based on pain and injuries, goals, and exercise history.
